I felt like it was annoying to the staff that I was there. I could hear them speaking about me outside of the room stating “what does she expect us to do?”. Even if you can’t help I would have liked to be treated like a human as I came in for a reason. I work in dentistry and would never ever speak to a patient in pain the way I was spoken to. The nurse was condescending and unhelpful, the front desk staff was more concerned about ordering their Starbucks on DoorDash than helping patients. The “nurse’s” bedside manner made me feel like she was unwilling to help me and that she was skeptical of the issues I was describing. Not to mention I had no vitals taken other than my weight and an oximeter? I literally take more vitals on my patients in a dental chair than this medical facility did. The staff doesn’t communicate at all. She had my paperwork on her clipboard and still made me repeat myself as to why I was there and rolled her eyes at me. If you’re looking for a group of people who show up to work to clock in and get paid but not actually help people, this is your place.

Absolutely love this clinic very professional everything is completed in a timely manner and always very friendly, helpful, and they explain everything in detail thats easy to understand even with no medical knowledge!!

I use Malabar Medical Walk in Clinic as my regular physician and I cannot say enough good about them. They have helped me get my health on the right path and l particularly quit my pulmonary doctor and use the clinic for this as well and have had great results. I love the staff so much and how they care for the patients. I have turned my employees onto them as well as their families. They remind me of the old days when you had a real relationship with your doctors.

I have been going to this place for nearly five years now and it has been renovated but some of the staff although welcoming have not been efficient with filing prescriptions. As for Melissa Griffith, P.A she has shown nothing but excellence and professionalism. She is very caring and thorough with her patients. I missed her on my last appointment. She is the kind of P.A any patient would love to follow. I hope she continues to provide care at that facility.
